Condemn outside influence from anti-parent unions

Dear potential Douglas County School Board members Graziano, Holtzmann, Leung and Schor-

There is a lot of confusion about where you stand on issues important to Douglas County families. In fact, it almost seems like misinformation is being intentionally distributed to muddy the waters.

One thing is clear: the American Federation of Teachers is lobbying against important measures to allow parents to be full partners in their child’s education — and their “war machine” has sunk hundreds of thousands of dollars into supporting you.

While you can’t coordinate with them, you can be honest about where you stand.

We call on you to publicly disavow them, publicly oppose their anti-parent policies, and ask them to take their money back.
